The Human Resources Department will email the Substitute Incremental Medical/Dental Benefits Form directly to the substitutes who worked during the 2024-2025 school year. This email will be sent between June and July of 2025 via @berkeley.net email account.

The medical benefits stipend amounts from the 2024-2025 school year were:

 Worked 80 Jobs -  $1,107.70
 Worked 95 Jobs - $1,266.70
 Worked 110 Jobs - $1,425.70
 Worked 125 Jobs - $1,583.64
